Someone posted that they prefer diamonds to gold for investing. I have to agree. Diamonds are more portable, can be insured, fun to wear and the larger ones increase in value. Gold coins are heavy and if you wear them you deface them which affects the value. You can insure the coins if they are in jewelry, but it's the safe deposit box if they are loose.

I prefer to invest in gold because you can wear diamond all the time and diamond is more like jewelery than investment fortune!
